CASE MANAGER       
Duties:    Manage and coordinate interaction of all parties
              involved in admission, treatment, and discharge of
              clients. To document all contacts, treatment
              and client progress.
Location: Anna

REHABILITATION TECHNICIAN
Duties:    Administer the treatment plans as developed for
              each resident and protect the well-being and safety
              of the residents at all times. Maintain cleanliness of               the residence. PRN positions available.
Location: Anna and Dallas(PRN only)

TRANSPORTER
Duties:    Drive company van transporting clients to and from
              the Pate facility or medical appointments, assisting
              in other program areas as needed. PRN positions
              available.
